Refund Policy

14 days to change your mind after any payment.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

The short version

  • Free for the first 14 days. You aren’t charged during your free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
  • 14 days to change your mind after any payment. If Practical Stock Planner isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you’ll get that payment back in full. This applies to the first payment after your trial and to every monthly renewal. No reason needed.
  • Guided setup. A Guided setup payment is covered in the same way. Ask within 14 days of that payment and you’ll get it back in full. No reason needed. A Guided setup booked later still has its 14-day refund counted from that payment. We don’t refund that payment after 14 days.

How to ask

Choose whichever is easiest:

  1. Through Paddle. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net, find your order and choose to request a refund.
  2. Through us. Email support@practicalsupplychainplanning.com with the email address you bought with. We’ll arrange the refund through Paddle.

You don’t have to give a reason, though we’d like to know if something didn’t work.

What happens next

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to the card or payment method you used. Paddle aims to process approved refunds within 14 days. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank.
  • When a payment is refunded, your licence ends and your subscription is cancelled, so you won’t be charged again. The app stops working at its next licence check (within about a week).
  • If you paid a discounted price, the refund is the amount you actually paid.

After 14 days

We don’t refund payments more than 14 days old, or part-months. You can still cancel at any time (receipt link or paddle.net). The app keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country. For example, if the software has a major fault we can’t fix, you may be entitled to a refund whenever you ask. Customers in some countries (including the EU and UK) also have legal cancellation rights, which Paddle handles.

Chargebacks

If there’s a problem with a charge, please contact us or Paddle before going to your bank. It’s usually quicker. If a payment is disputed with your bank, the licence for that subscription ends.
