Billing, receipts, cancelling and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. For receipts, invoices, updating your card, cancelling or asking for a refund, use the link in your Paddle email or go to paddle.net. You can also email us and we’ll help.

Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email us with “Complaint” in the subject. We’ll acknowledge it within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we can’t sort it out, you can contact the Queensland Office of Fair Trading (qld.gov.au/fairtrading) or the consumer protection body in your country. For payment problems you can also contact Paddle at paddle.net.
